Baton Rouge, LA – July 20, 2018 – The East Baton Rouge Council on Aging (EBRCOA) is investigating an accident that occurred during a Meals On Wheels van route. Initial reports appear to indicate the employee had a sudden medical condition that may have led to the accident. The agency’s priority is to ensure the care and comfort of both the employee and those who reside in the home.
