Requests for Proposals (RFPs)

The East Baton Rouge Council on Aging (EBRCOA) is committed to maintaining a transparent, fair, and competitive procurement/contract process. As part of that commitment, we issue Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for upcoming open contracts that support our mission and the services we provide to seniors throughout EBR Parish.

We welcome qualified vendors to review the current opportunities and participate in the bidding process. Each public notice includes detailed instructions, timelines, eligibility requirements, and submission guidelines. Interested vendors should carefully follow all directions outlined in the public notice to ensure their proposals are considered.

Sealed proposals must be received no later than December 19, 2025, at 3:30 p.m. at the location specified in the RFP.

Late submissions will not be accepted.
