BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — A health conference hosted by the East Baton Rouge Council on Aging is scheduled for two dates in September. The Sept. 18-19 conference brings together seniors, health care professionals, caregivers, and advocates for conversations about support and resources.
